Soly Kadambattuparambil CMI (Solomon K P) lost his eyesight at the age of 35. Instead of languishing in the darkness of despair, he chose to be a light in the lives of thousands of physically challenged people by transforming their lives for better with his unique vision and concrete action plans.

He is the founder and director of Dharsana Club Thrissur, which was registered later as Dharsana Service Society, an organization which focuses on the upliftment of the physically challenged by improving the quality of their life. The Club, founded in the year 2017, launched several initiatives for differently abled persons. These initiatives aim at identifying and nurturing their hidden talents and giving opportunities to showcase these talents. The various activities started by Dharsana Club provided persons with disability social, economic and psychological support for improving the quality of their life and thus, to lead a life of happiness, fulfilment and dignity.

In view of providing legal status to Dharsana Club, a Charitable Society under the name Dharsana Service Society was registered on 19^th January 2022 with registration number TSR/TC/36/2022. Currently, Dharsana Club is functioning under Dharsana Service Society.
